3 REASONS TO GO SURFING I feel so good in the ocean, no matter what gear I use or the kind of conditions. It is a passion that makes me want to progress every day. And above all, the happiness it gives me, the feeling I get out of it is just magical!

BIGGEST INSPIRATION Kai Lenny, Pierre-Louis Costes, Mike Stewart, Mark Healey and many other “less well known” watermen from our home town inspire me a lot with their commitment, humility and values.

Can you tell us a bit more about your passion for Surfing?

I come from a fisherman family so I basically grew up in the ocean. Surfing came soon after and never disappeared. It’s my way of life and I love it!

You just won the lottery, what would you do first?

I go with my buddies surfing the most beautiful waves in the world!

Next destination?

I’m slowly recovering from my knee injury and then we’ll see what happens depending on the conditions in Europe.

What’s the most amazing thing you’ve experienced?

During my Australia trip, after 2 hours of kayaking, I found myself with my friends on an island in the open sea swimming with turtles in transparent water, fishing, surfing and enjoying a beautiful sunset with the whales jumping far away. This is still one of the best moments of my life!

What are you doing during a day without waves?

I’m a big fan of spearfishing, so I always go in the water, otherwise I love to go rowing in sup race or paddleboarding. Or I just take a mask and go free diving in the spots where I usually surf big waves.
