F-ONE is proud to unveil the new QuadX Composite, its newest generation of laminated material.
Built around an exclusive four-layer architecture and our innovative “Inside Film” concept, the QuadX places the PET film at the core of the structure between two fabrics, rather than on the outside like other traditional composites.
Optimized to perform in all directions (warp, weft, and bias), the QuadX Composite delivers greater strength, responsiveness, comfort and durability, while remaining lightweight at only 125 g/m². Its robustness reduces the need for reinforcement seams during assembly, making production easier and lowering the final weight of the sail.
Featured on some of our upcoming wing and kite models, the QuadX Composite is built to keep its shape, its feel, and its performance session after session.
