3D Designed Wetsuits
When the industry standard is to develop 2D patterns and try to fit it on a 3D body, we decided to break new ground and take the opposite direction.
We use computer design to model good-fitted wetsuits in 3D, then we employ an innovative software that converts it into a precise 2D pattern for the factory.

History
When we decided to create our first wetsuit, we basically had two choices:
Option #1
Buy/create a basic design at the factory we were working with.
But our passion is not to put our logo on a standard product.
Option #2
Buy/create a basic design at the factory we were working with.
But our passion is not to put our logo on a standard product.

Option #3:
3D design software. Once the first prototype was assembled and put on, we realized how fantastic a process we had.
A better fit.
The 3D Design concept is hard to imagine, because a finished wetsuit is always in three dimensions once assembled.
Our process works just the opposite of the traditional way: we virtually draw the wetsuit on a 3D body, then our software automatically translates this data into 2D so that the factory can read the files and cut the panels.
