Get to know the names behind the spray. From rising groms to East Coast chargers and global icons, these three MANERA riders each bring their own flavor to the lineup. With new edits dropping, here’s your chance to meet Cash Souter, Ryan Leopold, and Dane Reynolds.
Born and raised in North Carolina, Cash Souter is an Outer Banks grom with a passion for surfing, skating, and protecting the ocean. A member of the USA Junior National Surfing Team, Cash started competing in 2020 and quickly made a name for himself with his constant stoke and willingness to charge hard on every wave. When he’s not surfing, you’ll catch him at the skatepark or fishing. Always working on his skills and flow, Cash keeps it positive in and out of the water, spreading good vibes wherever he goes.
Based in North Carolina, Ryan Leopold is all about chasing barrels and keeping it real, literally. A core member of the REAL Watersports crew, Ryan is the go-to guy when it comes to testing surfboards, creating content and sharing his feedback with the community, often logging waves on a new shape before the sun sets. When he’s not in the lineup, he’s spearfishing, hunting, or tending to his organic garden, staying connected to nature. Rooted in the tight-knit East Coast surf scene, Ryan likes to stay grounded with his love for cold-water tubes, good friends, and spontaneous adventures.
Dane Reynolds needs no introduction in the surfing world. Born and bred in Central California, Dane is known for his “go for broke”, intuitive, progressive and explosive style, making him one of the most exciting and imaginative surfers today.
Unapologetically himself and always following his intuition, everything Dane does has his own style. He went on tour young, and quickly realized he wasn’t about it. He went off in his own direction afterwards, carving out his own unique path to become an electric free surfer and a reference in the world of surf films – his other favorite creative outlet besides surfing.
