Julien Salles, F-ONE’s Brand Manager, goes into detail on the latest size of the SK8 foil, the 1150 cm².
In his series “Tell Me About It“, he gives insight into the most prominent product features and notes from the official F-ONE headquarters.
“A lot of people have asked us for a slightly bigger surface area because we only had the 1050, so we released this 1150. Its a really great foil for bigger riders, 85 or 90kgs, in surf foil or even for intermediate riders in SUP foiling or for light wind winging.”
“I’m about 70 kgs, and I personally use this foil to downwind when the bumps are a bit small, a bit steep. The front wing has a very good low end and great maneuverability so it is capable of weaving through those slightly steeper bumps.”
