F-One team riders Jack Ho, Simeon Ke-Paloma, and Edo Tanas all finished in the top 4 at the February Oahu Foil downwind race! That was the best DW result ever for F-One, with Edo winning by a big margin.

“We got together on Sunday February 4th for our local SUP and prone downwind race in Oahu. We had very good conditions and strong winds blowing 15-25 gusting 30mph, 40 entrants and several participants from outer islands such as Maui. It was the biggest turnout for our local race with very stiff competition! Edo had a strong race and finished in front taking 1st place overall, myself in 3rd place, and with Jack finishing 4th overall.”

“These prototype, & upcoming, F-One wings have allowed us to race amongst the elite racers, matching the speed, efficiency and overall performance. It has definitely increased and improved our racing strategy and performance. We look forward to continuing our strong F-One representation in Hawaii this year!”

“It’s so amazing to see the level of talent rising, and the amount of people entering the race world. After seeing races around the world, I think people are starting to realize that you can do this anywhere at the conditions allow. Being from Hawaii, we have some of the most ideal ocean conditions for a foil race. It’s only fitting that these local “Oahu Foil” races are taking off and becoming a monthly event. Riders from outer islands are starting to come over to Oahu for the day to participate. That just shows the interest and passion in the community. “ – Jack Ho
A huge congrats to Simeon, Jack, & Edo- Keep pushing the limits!
