KITES
This is a special year for F-One! 2017 marks 10 years of development for the Bandit with high levels of requirements! This year, the entire team along with Robert Graham, their designer, Micka Fernandez and Raphael Salles, the experienced developers and testers, have worked hard to propose an even more complete 2017 kite: 200 test days on the water, 70 prototypes and 6,000 km of navigation.
A kite model that remains a best seller for so long is such a rare feat. It’s the result of long and hard work that respects a very precise design program with a very wide array of performance and flying abilities. The complete the tests and checks that F-One performs on every single prototype of each collection is truly uncompromising, therefore pushing the kites to their maximum.
Year after year, F-One improves some aspects while maintaining the qualities previously acquired. With a new squarer outline, less lateral pull for a new level of comfort and a smooth, homogeneous but powerful traction, the Bandit respects its design brief. Speed and acceleration are under control while the Bandit keeps an efficient and reassuring stability. Light and maneuverable, hang time has also been improved for more facility.
F-One has also used all of the know-how of their design department to offer a kite designed specifically for foiling and light wind riding: the BREZZE offers incredible performances in the light wind for this one strut kite available in 11, 13 and 15m.
The DIABLO burst onto the scene last year, winning races and praise from everyone who flew it. For 2017, the DIABLO V.2. goes even further, it is now the ultimate racing weapon.
The goal was to expand the wind range, raise the efficiency of the kite and to improve the upwind angle without losing any performance. Our designers achieved this by increasing the aspect ratio, as well as the number of cells. These developments all boost the kites speed, power generation and its angle in the wind window. It also creates a more accurate profile across the span of the kite, which further enhances lift, stability and performance. The bridle has also been totally redesigned for 2017 to deal with the new higher aspect ratio.
To reduce turbulent flow as the air leaves the profile of the kite some mini ribs have been added to the trailing edge, decreasing the drag and enhancing the airflow. The construction retains the lighter fabric on the underside of the kite, which was introduced last year. This method increases the responsiveness of the kite and also helps the DIABLO V.2. outperform its rivals on the downwind legs of the racecourse.
The DIABLO V.2. is a finely tuned, turbocharged, thoroughbred version of its predecessor, taking an already winning formula and developing it even further. Featuring top of the range performance while remaining stable and responsive The DIABLO V2. is the very epitome of a racing wing and will take you straight to the top of the podium.
SURF BOARDS
This is already the 4th edition of the Pro Model Mitu Monteiro, the high performance surf board, designed specifically for strapless riding. This year, the range receives two new models: the ultra-light carbon version and the essential version. The level of strapless riding has increased so much for both the pros and also for the average rider. When riding strapless, any weight loss translates into a direct advantage for the wind to keep the board pressed against your feet.
From the very first prototypes, the feedback on the carbon construction was excellent! F-One has focused their development work on the technology and materials to optimize both weight and comfort. For the Essential (ESL) version, they have elected to use our original Bamboo Sandwich Construction, which was an F-ONE innovation and a tremendous success in past years. ESL stands for Essential, without pads for the riders who prefer a direct contact with the board and use wax. This board also shares the latest shape and design of the Mitu range.
The Mitu board is also available in a 2 to 1 convertible version for foiling and surfing as well.

TWIN TIP BOARDS
All twin tips receive the same set of PLATINUM 3 accessories.
FOILS
The novelty that is completing our FOIL range and has the same construction as our Twin-Tips is the Foilboard 51 TW (available in the spring of 2017). This board will receive a top sheet finish cover and will surprise you by its durability while maintaining an awesome riding comfort. To try as soon as possible with the FOIL of the range available in carbon or hybrid construction.
In fact we propose an entire KITEFOIL range with 4 packages:

– FREERIDE 600 HYBRID

And many accessories that can easily been assembly such as the RACE 540 WING for example.
