Dakhla is underway for the first stop of the 2015 PKRA Tour, or should we say VKWC! The Tour recently made some major changes regarding ownership, rules, dates and of course the name! The former PKRA world tour is now called Virgin Kitesurfing World Championships and is owned by a new group affiliated with Richard Branson and Virgin.
